Typically a tomato dish, but this is a great way to show off whatever fruits are best at the time! Try grilling them for another variation.


  • About 2 lbs of ripe delicious fruits/vegetables, sliced
  • 4 oz burrata, torn
  • A few leaves of basil
  • Your best olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Maldon’s sea salt flakes


  1. Arrange fruit and burrata on a platter and sprinkle with the basil. Top with plenty of olive oil, pepper, and salt. Allow to come to room temperature before serving, if it isn’t already.
